In order to create the opportunities to meet the consumers and raise awareness on the issue of PDO and PGI meats, providing them all the informations about an healthy diet paired with a tuteled wine, within the project Top of the Dop (PDO), IVSI Federdoc organizes events about the tasting of coldcult and quality wines in selected places in the main cities of Italy, England and Germany.

 

Young people represent a privileged recipient of the knowledge and information of protected designations of origin of wines and coldcuts, and the appetizers "SalumiAmo" are dedicated to them, a degustation event based on the guided tasting of wines and coldcuts, during the famous happy hours, a true ritual among young Europeans.
