Founded in 1979, represents over 70% of Italian wine production: 80 Consortia taking part in Federdoc.
Everyday Federdoc represents and support them at the institutional, legal and legislative level.
Throughout the year, promotes the denominations with information and promotion campaigns in Italy and in the World.

The Istituto Valorizzazione Salumi Italiani (Institute for the enhancement of Italian deli meats) is a voluntary Consortium. It was formed in 1985 with the aim of enhancing the image of Italian deli meats.
IVSI spreads the knowledge about the production process and economic, nutritional and cultural aspects, both in Italy and abroad, promoting a unique culinary heritage.
